Digital products
Because products are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, all sales are generally final. If a file is broken, corrupted, or clearly not as described, contact us and we will fix the problem or refund the purchase.
Premium courses
Premium courses are one-time purchases with lifetime access. Because access is granted instantly after payment, sales are generally final. If a course fails to unlock after payment, contact us and we will fix your access or refund the purchase.
Memberships
You can cancel your membership anytime. Cancellation stops future renewals, and your access continues to the end of your paid period. We do not offer prorated refunds for the remaining part of a billing period, except where required by law.
How to request
Use the contact page with your order details, and we'll review and respond as quickly as we can. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method through our payment provider.
